Posted 21 August - AM My company just purchased and configured a bcuda spam firewall We currently do not manage our firewall its done by our ISP. This morning I noticed a few messages being blocked with the reason "No Valid Recipents" The users are valid so Im not sure whats causing these to be blocked. Could this be a DNS issue? Please Advise You could try an SMTP conversation with the Cuda by hand to see what's happening, or turn on the syslog for a bit and send mail to that user.
I ask because on our I see emails to valid email addresses that show No Valid Recipient sbl-xbl. I'm assuming that the is blocking because of data from SpamHaus and the No Valid Recipient part of the reason is incorrect.
