curlftpfs rpm

Bug Fix. Add an attachment proposed patch, testcase, etc. Mount of FTP always succeeds, but access to mount point fails on some occasions. If no SSL is used, access works.

fuse-curlftpfs-0.9.1-1.el7.rf.x86_64.rpm

If -o ssl is used, access always fails, regardless of debug setting. Does it reproduced with all FTP services of just with single? Could you provide test account may be private for reproducing? Is it reproduced on some open FTP server? Both worked in FZ after accepting certificate. However you are right about SSL issue. For valid SSL connection use following host instead: www I've tested this host with lftp connection and it worked as well.

This search engine allows you to search the contents of Ubuntu distributions for any files or just parts of file names that are part of packages. You can also get a full list of files in a given package.

Adapted for hardy release. Removed the obsolete powerpc data for hardy. I'm currently evaluation if and how I should include information about ports. Since archive. The downtime today was caused by some yet undiagnosed kernel troubles after a faulty hard disk was exchanged.

Sorry for any inconvenience. The two most important changes for users are that most pages are now generated dynamically which makes for faster updates and more flexibility and that the search functions should be much faster now. Still waiting for a volunteer that optimizes the used stylesheets, I myself have not much talent in this area Pages updated accordingly.

Most stuff should be up and running again. I accidentally deleted the info about new packages though, so that will be not reliable for the next few days.

Added edgy-backports to the homepage and the search forms Add feisty. The changes for the edgy release were already done some days ago. Thanks to all the people that reported this error to me. I added an robots. If forever reason you need to mirror the site please contact me by mail so we can do this by other means that won't stress the server as much.

Sorry for the delay. Some small status updates: While looking at the log statistics I noticed that apparently packages. I fixed the apache configuration so that it now knows about that and handles it correctly. This is not a problem with one or two mounts, but when the system is maintaining mounts to many systems at one time, overall system performance can be affected.

An automounter consists of two components:. The automount utility can mount and unmount NFS file systems automatically on-demand mountingtherefore saving system resources. As such, it is no longer installed by default with the Base group.

Ensure that nfs-utils is installed on the system first before attempting to automount an NFS share. An instance of the autofs version 4 daemon was run for each mount point configured in the master map and so it could be run manually from the command line for any given mount point. This is not possible with autofs version 5, because it uses a single daemon to manage all configured mount points; as such, all automounts must be configured in the master map.

This is in line with the usual requirements of other industry standard automounters. Mount point, hostname, exported directory, and options can all be specified in a set of files or other supported network sources rather than configuring them manually for each host. Improvements in autofs Version 5 over Version 4. Direct map support Direct maps in autofs provide a mechanism to automatically mount file systems at arbitrary points in the file system hierarchy.

Entries in a direct map contain an absolute path name as a key instead of the relative path names used in indirect maps. Multi-mount map entries describe a hierarchy of mount points under a single key. These will then mount and expire them as they are accessed.

This can greatly reduce the number of active mounts needed when accessing a server with a large number of exports. The default configuration file is self-documenting, and uses an XML format. The Name Service Switch configuration file exists to provide a means of determining from where specific configuration data comes.

The reason for this configuration is to allow administrators the flexibility of using the back-end database of choice, while maintaining a uniform software interface to access the data. While the version 4 automounter is becoming increasingly better at handling the NSS configuration, it is still not complete.

Autofs version 5, on the other hand, is a complete implementation. For more information on the supported syntax of this file, see man nsswitch. Not all NSS databases are valid map sources and the parser will reject ones that are invalid. Valid sources are files, ypnisnisplusldapand hesiod. The map keys for each entry are merged and behave as one map.

Multiple Master Map Entries per autofs Mount Point Following is an example in the connectathon test maps for the direct mounts:. Configuring autofs.

Mount FTP file system on CentOS

The master map lists autofs -controlled mount points on the system, and their corresponding configuration files or network sources known as automount maps. The format of the master map is as follows:. The name of a map source which contains a list of mount points, and the file system location from which those mount points should be mounted.Privacy Terms.

Quick links. I'm used to gentoo and rent a server with which gentoo was not provided so I decided to give CentOS a try. But today a shaggy iptable rule locked me out So I had no other choice than reinstall the server. I thought it wouldn't be difficult to set up the programs. However, no matter how many repositories I install, no matter how hard I try, which ever package I try to install I get the reply: "No package available". This is just driving me mad so here are the different config files there's no exclude rule I cannot figure out why everything went fine 13 days ago and now I'm stuck.

Related 1.Thank you for new release 0. Please can you add curlftpfs and rsync in 0. You maby ask why i want those? Because i want mount whole ftp directory with curlftpfs and then rsync it to local USB. Im done that with using PartedMagic but G4L not includes them. If you do not want add them in next G4L release then please guide me how i can istall them myself in devkit or make 1 temporary devkit for me.

Just to clarify. I know one possibility is put in FTP some control-file and compare it local and if changes detected then copy over whole local directory but i think rsync is faster and better way do that.

I not want copy all the time 2GB files if changes detected! I'd have to look into what support those programs need in addition to themselves if any. Some programs have library and other dependencies. Additionally, ncftpget already does that. I make backups of my directories from other machines and use ncftpget to cope files, and it only copies the new files each time. I changed one local file content and looked ncftpget detecting changes and replaces it but it not replaced!

So i still need rsync or i mast first delete whole USB content and download them all again. Users kill me! Little looked Google and got interesting info. What you think is lftp do that job what i need? But bad thing lftp also not included in G4L. I used to be a big fan of ncftp, but then lftp hit the scene, and it blows away every single other ftp client I've ever used, graphical and command-line.

It's command-line based, but it has excellent tab completion, colourised ls output ala GNU ls, background and parallel downloading, partial download support, and the feature you're looking for -- mirroring from both local to remote, and remote to local :.

When using -R, the first directory is local and the second is remote. If the second directory is omitted, basename of first directory is used.

If both directories are omitted, current local and remote directories are used. I looked at curlftpfs and it appears that it requires an addition of over 2MB of additional library files. I was able to boot from a g4l cd, and then download the program and libraries, and was able to do the mount with it.

In a quick look of the lftp, it does look interesting, but in a quick test, I was trying to get it to connect, and do a list. I could get it connect, but then the command was ending, and giving me a local ls. Putting the commands in a file I was able to get it to work. The interactive part looks interesting, but would have to check on how it could be setup to work in the existing script.

Also, program seems to require a large number of libraries. I did find some examples of how to get the command line to work directly. Then lftp started fine in command-line but when i trayd connect i got strange error style: "ftp - not supported protocol" That means i missing something but what?

Lftp himself not say me what hi wants. I do not know either is better for G4L script himself because his syntax is total different when ncftp has. Depends how lot needed change G4L script himself for lftp needs? And also what good features we get when we replace them?Red Hat Associate. Red Hat Customer.
